Returns and Exchanges Policy —

Return Eligibility

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged items purchased directly from Mira Kauai are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at aloha@mirakauai.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for returning the item(s).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges
